In person option Saturday 4/6/24 from 11-4 with an hour break for lunch at my office in Hood River.

This class has a limit of 6 people and cost $220 with 2 follow up zoom calls for ongoing processing and questions.

Please bring paper and pen, a yoga mat, blanket and a pillow for yourself. We will be on the floor and doing some movement, bring what will make you feel comfortable on the floor.
